Ice Racing? Having grown up in California, in the Bay Area to be specific, I really can't connect with much of what goes on in the Midwest and back East. I hear stories of folks who store their bikes away during the winter. Why? It's just a little rain and cold. Snow? That's something you go visit right? So imagine my surprise when I hear there's an ice racing event at the Oakland Arena. Now who the hell ever came up with that idea? Racing on ice. Yeah right.
